Refund Policy
According to our return policy, the money is returned if the application is submitted within 1 (one) month, that is, we can return the money paid by you within one month after the payment. We cannot issue refunds after the above deadline.
With our return policy, we can return the product if it does not reach you within 3 months after the purchase of the product or the product is completely damaged. Moreover, at the time of receipt of the product, you bear the proof of its damage.
If you want a refund, you must submit an application to us. If the application is accepted, we will process the application and automatically refund the money to the payment card or other means of payment that you used, according to the procedure set by the third party (bank or financial organization), within a certain period of time, or we will resend the product or replace the product with a new product.
We may need additional information to process your application. The rollback takes some time.

If you make the wrong choice, we will replace it as soon as possible in accordance with our policy.
You acknowledge that you are aware that the Product may be shipped by a third party and that third party’s policies may apply. You hereby certify that you are aware of the fact that depending on the destination of the product, it may arrive with delay, restrictions and/or additional checks may be applied.
You also understand that by making payments in different currencies, you may incur currency exchange risk, including when transferring funds.
